3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the UAE, the Middle East, and select international locations. Shipping fees and delivery times are stated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if an item is damaged or faulty upon delivery. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order, along with clear photos of the issue.

We accept major credit and debit cards via secure payment providers. All transactions are processed in AED unless stated otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
NAGI is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products beyond the purchase price of the product. Always perform a patch test before use and discontinue if irritation occurs.
